Nessim was commissioned to create artwork for the lobby of the Centria Building. When standing in the lobby of the building during Christmas time, one can see the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lit up. Nessim used this as her theme for these a cartoon-inspired paintings to create a her own narrative of Mary and Jesus and the beginnings of life.
